ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
02 SEPTEMBER 2009
HELD AT – SHOALHAVEN HEADS PUBLIC SCHOOL

The President, Noel Schneider opened the meeting at 7pm and called for the minutes of the 2008 Annual General Meeting to be read. The minutes were read and moved unanimously on a motion by Trevor Aspin, seconded by John Dogterom.
The Treasurers report was then given:
Opening balance at August 2008 $1784.22,
income for the year $960.45,
expenses $1541.90
balance as at 23rd August 2008 $1202.77.
The treasurer’s report was read by Lorraine Montgomery and moved by Lorraine and seconded by Terry Lillie – Carried unanimously.
Noel Schneider then gave his Presidents report - see next page Noel then moved his report, which was seconded by Lorraine Montgomery and accepted unanimously.

David Patton then took the chair and declared all positions on the Forum Executive vacant.
The following were then duly nominated and elected:

Secretary Robyn Flack
Assistant Secretary Carolyn Shields
Treasurer Judy Moate
Assistant Treasurer Helen King
Publicity Officer Anne-Louise O’Connor
Chamber of Commerce Delegate (to be agreed by Chamber)
Progress Association John Dogterom

Discussion followed on whether the position of Neighbourhood Watch co ord was required however Greg Montgomery advised that he had no duties to perform as the police officer deals directly with the forum.
The Annual General Meeting was then declared closed and the September meeting followed.
