Report of the Shoalhaven Heads Chamber of Commerce and Tourism
Ken Merrifield was absent, Ann-Louise presented the report that included the Bendigo Bank progress, and there will be a stall at the Red Cross markets.
The continued noise/disturbance around Holiday Haven c/park. Police to survey and form an action plan. Chamber of Commerce to fund police accommodation over the xmas holiday period.

Report of the Shoalhaven Heads Community and Progress Association.
Roger Tilley tabled a draft from Council - Access to Policy and Planning - Tree disputes with neighbors.
There is a fee of $173 to apply to council to settle a dispute.
Alcohol bank for a further 3 years in the restricted zones, near surf club. Problems arising myna bird traps - birds proving too smart to be trapped!

General Business
1 Philip advised that Pat Hall has made an application for an environmental grant for the boardwalk at the bird park in River Road.
2 A meeting is to be with the Land and Environment Court to determine who has control over the Jerrinja Land. John Caldran reported on Land Council meeting, they are to agree the draft business plan and vote on 18th May. There is a change to the Land Act as of 1st July when the Minister will have the power to dismiss the Land Council if no decision is made.
3 The Golf Club will be applying to Council for a Development application for the final three holes in the golf course in readiness for a Land and Environment decision.
4 Philip Armstrong moved, seconded Michael Tearle, that a letter be send to Matt Brown MP to invite Matt to attend the May meeting of the Forum and to address the issues raised in the 2003 letter to Matt on matters which were of importance to the resident of the area. Many of these issues are still outstanding. Carried unanimously.
5 Eric Bird noted that the steps leading to the river from River Road are in need of repair; he suggested a letter be sent to Council. Also the Notice board at the Community centre is in need of a tidy up and update.
6 A suggestion was made that a garbage bin should be installed near Explorer Boulevard to assist with the litter problems near the playing fields.
